Couscous & Oatmeal Recipe

I know that the whole recipe doesn't show the how to but you get the idea, it is super duper simple and extra yummy. Just add cold ingredient at the extreme end and serve.
Oatmeal...
not quick but long. (Not that 5 minutes is long.) I added a piece of dried apricot and Pineapple with Black Strap molasses for taste and benefit. Skipped the bubbly mineral water opting for regular water because of the minerals in the molasses & salt. Be sure to have your water with fiber because it helps it do its job correctly.
I also added a dash of honey, 2 each of crushed almond and cashew with a dash of salt. We use Celtic sea salt.
